Membership
Every new membership carries a 14 day money back guarantee, no questions asked. Email support@relationshipmba.com within 14 days of first payment and we refund in full.
Renewals
If a renewal charges and you meant to cancel, tell us within 7 days and we will refund it. We would rather refund than argue.
Hardcover book
Refundable within 30 days of delivery if unread and undamaged. Return shipping is on us if the book arrived damaged, otherwise on you.
Ebook
Because it is delivered instantly, the ebook is refundable within 14 days only if you have not downloaded it more than once. In practice: if something went wrong, write to us.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, handled through Stripe.
